“We are hoping to carry on where we left off.”
With these words, Magesi FC assistant coach Papi Zothwane has backed the team to keep rising.
Dikwena Tša Meetse are still new to the top flight of South African football, but as they say, “To whom much is given, much is expected.”
After the management beefed up the team in terms of playing personnel and the technical team, Zothwane has shared some positive thoughts, as the season continues.
“We got four points in our last two games, and we are hoping to carry on where we left off,” said Zothwane during a chat with our media team.
“We’ve got faith that we would keep working very hard and improve our results. So far, we haven’t done bad, and hopefully, the FIFA break has helped us to work on the things we wanted to work on.”The next assignment for Magesi FC is a cup tie against Orlando Pirates on Saturday, 19 October 2024, at Orlando Stadium.
