Carling All Stars Coach, Jose Riveiro, has urged football fans to come out in numbers for the match against the reigning Carling Knockout champions, Magesi FC.
Dikwena Tša Meetse will take on the selected stars from various Premier Soccer League (PSL) teams on Saturday, 21 December 2024, at the Orlando Stadium.
The match will kick off at 15H30 and will be live on SABC 1. Riveiro, who will guide the All Stars team, is excited about the meeting with Magesi FC, which closes the tournament.
He has called on fans to fill up Orlando Stadium to witness great football.
“I think it’s a unique opportunity in our (football) calendar,” stated Riveiro, ahead of the clash.
“It’s a unique game and it’s a game that’s not going to be repeated during the season. So if I’m a football fan, I’m not going to miss this opportunity. It’s going to be a nice afternoon of football and hopefully, people are going to come out in numbers at Orlando,” he said.
