There was nothing to separate Magesi’s DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) team against Orlando Pirates in the first round as the two sides played to a goalless draw in October.
But, all roads lead to Seshego Stadium on Saturday, 15 February 2025, for the fans to see who would triumph this time around.
Entry is free over two days in what is expected to be a football spectacle, with Magesi’s juniors out to impress against the young Buccaneers.

“Most of our players are experiencing the Diski Challenge set up for the first time in their playing careers, and we are proud of how the team has fared from the beginning of the season up until now,” Magesi DDC coach Tlou Segolela was quoted by supersport.com ahead of the clash against Pirates.
“If you look, we have given almost all the big teams a tough time, and this weekend, with the boys playing in our kasi (Seshego), as most of them are from there, we can get a result against Pirates.”
Magesi are placed in 11th place in the DDC with 14 points, while Pirates sit in seventh place with 28 points.
