Magesi FC captain Elvis Chipezeze has been recognized for his sterling efforts during the 2024/25 Premier Soccer League [PSL] season.
The 35-year-old was in his element, keeping 10 clean sheets in 26 Betway Premiership matches, and producing performances that showcased his vast experiences in the game.
In the Carling Knockout—Dikwena Tša Meetse’s historic run—Chipezeze was Man of the Match in all four of our matches leading up to clinching the title.
Magesi FC faced Orlando Pirates [Last 16], TS Galaxy [Quarter-finals], Richards Bay [Semi-finals], and Mamelodi Sundowns [Final], with Chipezeze almost unbeatable in goals.
The Zimbabwean international has impressed across the board, with South African media publication iDiski Times choosing him in their PSL Team of the Season.
The iDiski Times PSL XI was selected by their journalists, who couldn’t turn a blind eye to his fine run.Chipezeze’s fantastic form has also earned him a recall to Zimbabwe’s senior national team.
