DIKWENA, RE A LE LEBOGA

Magesi FC’s 2024 Carling Knockout triumph will certainly live long in the memory, but so too will be the warm welcome at home.

Dikwena Tša Meetse’s trophy tour on Tuesday, 26 November 2024, after beating Mamelodi Sundowns 2-1 in the final, culminated in a dinner hosted by the Polokwane Municipality at Meropa Casino.

Before the event at Meropa Casino, Magesi FC was honored by His Majesty Kgoši Kgabo Moloto III before taking to the streets, from Moletji and showcasing the trophy to the Blue Nation, whose support is unmatched.

The Polokwane Municipality, led by the astute Executive Mayor Cllr Makoro John Mpe, noted: “The city, the district, and the province stand united in honour of a remarkable feat, the coronation of Magesi FC as the 2024 Carling Black Label Knockout Champions.

“The celebration is not merely for a team but for a community whose dreams have found expression in the bold strides of these football pioneers.”

As such, Magesi FC would like to take this opportunity to express its deepest gratitude to His Majesty Kgoši Kgabo Moloto III, the Polokwane Municipality and our esteemed supporters for the firm stand behind Dikwena Tša Meetse, before and after our Carling Knockout success.
