DIKWENA TŠA MEETSE PICK UP THREE POINTS

Magesi FC has triumphed 2-1 over TS Galaxy to make it six straight wins at home.

Dikwena Tša Meetse hosted the Mpumalanga side at Seshego Stadium on Sunday, 20 April 2025.

The victory sees Owen Da Gama’s boys move to 11th spot on the Betway Premiership standings with 29 points.

“In the first 10 minutes, I thought we were a bit poor. Then we started getting into first gear, into second gear, into third gear,” reflected Da Gama.

John Mokone put us ahead in the 20th minute, before the visitors drew level in the 38th minute. The score was 1-1 at the interval.

Nine minutes into the second half, Magesi FC made it 2-1 through Delano Abrahams and the Blue Nation was in full voice.

Magesi FC kept probing and could have had a third but Thabang Sibanyoni’s attempt came off the crossbar towards the end.

However, the job was done and Mcedi Vandala was named Man of the Match.
