For the 10th time this season, Magesi FC’s DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) team will feature in the League, with a home clash against Cape Town City.
The two sides meet at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday, 2 November 2024, at 12H00.
Magesi DDC has one win, five draws, and three defeats in the nine matches the boys have played so far this season.
Guided by Timothy Madia, the Young Dikwena will look to win for the first time at home, coming up against the Western Cape side.
Magesi DDC occupy the 11th spot on the log, and Cape Town City is third.
The home side will fancy its chances of scoring on our own turf, with City’s defence being the fourth worst in the League, having let in 19 goals.
However, Magesi DDC’s defence—the joint fourth best in the League—will have to be on high alert, considering City have the best attack in the DDC, with 29 goals to their name in just eight (8) matches.
This is a game with goals in it and will be interesting to watch.
