Magesi Football Club remains unbeaten in the 2025/26 Betway Premiership season after collecting a point against Stellenbosch FC at Seshego Stadium.
Dikwena Tša Meetse and Stellies met on Wednesday, 13 August 2025 and played to a 1-1 draw.
This was Magesi FC’s second league match of the new season after drawing 0-0 with Polokwane City in the Limpopo Derby in the opening match.
The draw against Stellenbosch means Magesi FC has garnered two points from two matches to sit 10th on the log.
Kgomotso Mosadi, who was named Man of the Match, came up with the equaliser after Stellenbosch took the lead.
Stellenbosch scored first in the 19th minute, but Mosadi levelled matters just eight minutes later.
There were no further goals in the clash and for Magesi FC, the focus turns to the big home clash against Mamelodi Sundowns on Wednesday, 20 August 2025.
Magesi FC will host Sundowns at the Seshego Stadium.
Meanwhile, Magesi FC supporter Mjereza was recognized as a Superfan during the game against Stellenbosch.
