Dikwena Tsa Meetse went down 3-1 during the encounter played at the Olympia Stadium in Rustenburg, North West.
Magesi FC conceded a penalty on the stroke of halftime, before the hosts scored two more goals in the second half.
Edmore Chirambadare, who started on the wing for Magesi FC, reduced the deficit with twenty minutes remaining, but there was no way back for the team.
The next match for John Maduka’s men will be away to Chippa United on Tuesday, 4 November 2025, at the Buffalo City Stadium in East London, Eastern Cape.
