Magesi gives back to special school

Magesi Football Club is known for great showings on the football field, but there’s more to the club than meets the eye.

The club has been involved in community projects that prove we are more than just a football team.

Recently, Dikwena Tsa Meetse offered a helping hand to Rethusheng Special School, which is located at Mamehlabe Village just outside Polokwane.

“We were at Rethusheng to hand over food and soccer balls to the kids as part of our CSI projects. Our community is important to us and this is just one of the many ways we intend to show that we care,” confirmed the club’s media officer, Mmaphuti Mashamaite.

Rethusheng Special School caters to students who have special educational needs due to severe learning difficulties, physical disabilities, or behavioural problems.

Magesi FC has and will always play a role in our communities, in recognizing the challenges faced by the country.
