Magesi FC surrendered a lead to lose to Marumo Gallants on Saturday, 7 December 2024, in a Betway Premiership encounter.
The match finished 3-1 in favour of the hosts, Marumo Gallants, at the Dr. Petrus Molemela Stadium in Bloemfontein, Free State.
Dikwena Tša Meetse were on the front foot heading into the break after Tshepo Kakora, main picture, scored in the 40th minute to give us a 1-0 lead.
However, Marumo Gallants scored early in the second half to level matters, before later goals put paid to our hopes of getting back to winning ways.
The defeat to Marumo Gallants comes after another setback against Chippa United, who we lost to in East London.
Magesi FC will have to contend with another away fixture, as we face SuperSport United in Pretoria on Saturday, 14 December 2024.
