Magesi FC Director of Football Morgan Mammila has expressed confidence in the club’s technical team and squad to win promotion this weekend.
Mammila was speaking to Football publication FARPost ahead of Saturday’s away clash against Venda FC. The match was scheduled for the Thohoyandou Stadium.
“We’ve got the best squad in the league. We are one of the top, when it comes to quality and experience,” said Mammila.
“So, it’s just a matter of being patient and come May (2027), and then we’re sitting there on top and then we’re back in the Betway Premiership.
“That’s the focus, and we are not changing any focus. As I said, we are killing so many birds at the same time. You can see even the progress of the (Magesi FC) Village,” he stated.
“So far so good, I think everything is going according to the plan. The plan was to make sure the team stays on top from the start of the season until December. So that come January, we will get up and maintain the position.
“I think we are heading in the right direction.”
