Magesi FC’s DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) team remains unbeaten in the new season.
Having kicked off the campaign with a home draw against the reigning champions Stellenbosch FC, Timothy Madia’s charges welcomed AmaZulu to the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday, 7 September 2024.
The two sides shared the spoils, with the game ending goalless.
Madia, however, is looking forward to better outcomes in future.
“About the game (against AmaZulu), I’m so proud of the boys today – the way they played, even though we drew,” reflected Madia, who was chatting to our media team in his post-match interview.
“We missed a lot of chances, especially the one by (Clement) Moshwana… we are looking forward to the upcoming game. We missed a lot of chances, but we will work on it during our training sessions,” added our DDC coach.
In the next game, Mamelodi Sundowns will host us at Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday, 14 September, with kick off set for 10H00.
