MAGESI FC WISHES CHIPEZEZE WELL FOR INTERNATIONAL DUTY

Magesi Football Club has wished captain Elvis Chipezeze well as he prepares to represent Zimbabwe on the international stage this month. “Huge congrats to our shot-stopper Elvis Chipezeze on his call-up to the Zimbabwe National Team for the Four Nations Tournament to be held in Botswana. Go show them what you are made of, Elvis,” said the club. The tournament will feature four teams — Zimbabwe, Botswana, Malawi and Zambia — in an invitational competition aimed at providing competitive international action for the participating sides. New exciting signings for the club

Magesi FC has brought in twelve (12) new signings for our first season in the topflight. The Betway Premiership League season will kick off in early September 2024, but the work continues behind-the-scenes to strengthen our squad ahead of the new campaign. Headlining the new recruits are familiar faces in former Kaizer Chiefs winger, Kgaogelo Sekgota and ex-Mamelodi Sundowns striker, Gift Motupa. Makhubu’s season to remember

Wonderboy Makhubu will look back on the 2023/24 Motsepe Foundation Championship campaign with fond memories. Not only did Magesi win promotion to the DStv Premiership, but the 27-year-old was one of Dikwena tša Meetse’s shining stars. Makhubu netted 11 goals in 30 matches to end the season on a high. The NFD top scorer accolade went to Prince Nxumalo of JDR Stars, with 18 goals. Meanwhile, Magesi’s Mcedi Vandala was also constantly on the scoresheet, with 10 goals to his name.
